Kemperol Fleece is a non-woven, needle-punched fabric reinforcement used with kemperol  cold liquid-applied reinforced polyurethane and PMMA waterproofing and roofing systems. Kemper fleece is a non-woven, needle-punched polyester fabric. Kemperol fleece is used as the integral fabric reinforcement of the Kemperol  cold liquid-applied reinforced polyurethane and PMMA waterproofing and roofing systems. Fleece must be kept clean and dry prior to and during application.

As waterproofing in combination with KEMPEROL® 500 Fleece for walls and floors in wet rooms, such as - Household bathrooms - Hotel bathrooms - Shower installations - Sculleries - Washrooms - Sides and edges of swimming pools ƒ Tested according to ETAG 022 ƒ For walls and floors in wet rooms with direct or indirect load and floor drainage ƒ For new buildings and repair work

KEMPEROL UP-I Inhibitor to be mixed with a stirring stick or slow-running agitator intensively into the resin component until you achieve a homogeneous and streak-free mixture. At V 210 M and BR M directly into the liquid sealant before adding the KEMPEROL CP catalyst powder . Mixing time approx. 1 minute. The storage suitability of component B is not shortened due to the addition of KEMPEROL UP-I inhibitor .

Kemperol V210M is a polyester resin-based, liquid waterproofing system applied with a fleece reinforcement. It adapts to the structure like a second skin and offers long-term protection down to the last detail – roof parapets, sky lights, ventilation pipes, metal supports and lightning protection rods are integrated in the surface waterproofing - without any seams or joints.

 Kemperol V210M also conforms to FLL guidelines and qualifies as a root-resistant waterproofing system ideal for green roofs. In addition to flat roofs, the system is widely used in other difficult waterproofing applications - on planters, gutters and flashings.

KEMCO POX 2K Primer component B must be mixed into component A using a slow-running mixing device until you achieve a homogeneous and streak-free mixture. Mixing time approx. 2 minutes.

To prevent mixing errors, the mixture should be placed in another container and re-mixed.

For better workability the material can be diluted with 20% water. Then transfer it to a clean container und mix for approx. another 2 minutes.

COELASTIC EVO is a single component polyurethane-resin-based waterproofing system that is applied in liquid form and reinforced with a fleece insert. The material cures and forms a bond with the substrate.
Balconies, terraces are among the most sensitive parts of the structure, too often presenting problems of water leakage.

A unique feature of COELASTIC EVO is its outstanding cost-effectiveness when used as full surface roof waterproofing, as a detailed solution for structural connections, or in combination with other waterproofing materials.
The single component waterproofing is ready for immediate use. It is stirred in the container and applied directly to the surface. COELASTIC EVO can usually still be applied effectively and efficiently.
